Never low on energy or volume, NOWAKE brings a balanced mix of original rock songs as well as hand-selected covers to make each performance memorable. Hailing from the hometown of Mark Twain himself, the band has spread their brand of hard rock throughout Iowa, Illinois, Missouri and Kansas.
Comprised of 3/5 active or retired career firefighters, the band has served as an outlet for lyrics and riffs derived from the real lives of first responders.
The band has released three studio albums entitled Getaway (2014), An Act of Defiance (2017) and Wartooth (2021). The band dropped "The Comeback" featuring ATG in 2024. Check out the music video on YouTube here.
